Not a brochure. What a district is actually like and why it got that way, the geography and history that fixed the street plan, how people really move around, what is worth your time against what is merely famous, and the things first-time visitors reliably get wrong.
Every claim comes back labelled by how fast it goes out of date. Geography, history and built form are durable. Population, cost and the direction a district is moving are slow-drift and carry a year. Prices, opening hours, timetables and whether somewhere is still open are current-state — this app will not state them at all, because a model states last year's opening time with this year's confidence and you would act on it. It tells you who actually holds each of those facts instead.
